A Little Bit About Me

EveryBody Moves Exercise Physiology is based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, NSW, providing mobile therapy for children and teens from 0-18 years old.

Aurora has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Rehabilitation. She also holds her Accredited Exercise Physiologist qualification with ESSA, along with a Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Aurora has experience in Childcare, as well as occupational rehabilitation within the Life Insurance industry,

Aurora also has her own lived experience as a parent of a child with Autism, which has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and victories that come with raising a child on the spectrum. This personal journey drives her passion for helping other families navigate similar paths.  

Physical development doesn't come naturally to "Every Body" and it is clear that improving one's functional ability, self-belief and self-perception directly relates to a better quality of life.

I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
